    Yoga can help with lots of different factors: 

    • Fitness and Strength: If you want to get stronger, classes like reformer pilates and ashtanga yoga are just for you.
    • Relaxation and Stress Relief: If you want to feel calm and relaxed, yin yoga & sound bath healing, or chair yoga are great choices.
    • Therapeutic and Healing: If you need gentle healing for your body, hatha yoga and wheel yoga is the right choice. 

    How to Choose the Right Yoga Class 

    Choosing the right yoga class solely depends on what you prefer. If you are new to yoga, start with hatha yoga or chair yoga. If you want a tough workout, try ashtanga or TRX. For relaxation, yin yoga & sound bath healing is ideal. If you want to try something different, you can join our hot yoga classes in Singapore at our Tampines outlet.
