3. Appeals will only be considered under extenuating circumstances, such as:

• Medical emergencies

• Being overseas and unable to attend classes in Singapore

申诉申请仅会在特殊情况下予以考虑，例如：

• 医疗紧急情况
• 身处海外，无法在新加坡参加课程

4. Supporting documents are mandatory for such cases, including:

• Medical certificate or medical reports

• Flight tickets or official travel documents

Please ensure all required documents are ready to be uploaded at the time of submission.

上述情况必须提供相关证明文件，包括：

• 医生证明（Medical Certificate）或医疗报告
• 机票或官方旅行文件

请确保在提交申请时已备妥所有所需文件并一并上传。

5. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) reports, letters, prescriptions, or invoices will NOT be accepted as valid medical documentation for any credit extension or refund request.

中医（TCM）的报告、证明信、处方或收据将不被视为有效的医疗证明文件，因此不适用于任何课时延期或退款申请。

6. If no valid supporting documents are provided, members may opt for a paid credit extension:

• SGD $15 for a 2-week extension

如无法提供有效证明文件，会员可选择付费延长课时有效期：

• 新币 15 元，可延长 2 周有效期。
