2. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.Approval is not guaranteed.

3. Appeals will only be considered under extenuating circumstances, such as:

• Medical emergencies

• Being overseas and unable to attend classes in Singapore

4. Supporting documents are mandatory for such cases, including:

• Medical certificate or medical reports

• Flight tickets or official travel documents

Please ensure all required documents are ready to be uploaded at the time of submission.

5. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) reports, letters, prescriptions, or invoices will NOT be accepted

as valid medical documentation for any credit extension or refund request.

6. If no valid supporting documents are provided, members may opt for a paid credit extension:

• SGD $15 for a 2-week extension
