Can I change my class after booking?
Yes, changes are possible but subject to availability and must be requested through the appeal form.
Will my request be automatically approved?
No. All requests are reviewed individually and approval depends on class availability and studio policy.
How long does it take to get a response?
We usually respond within 24–48 hours
Can I change to any class I want?
You may request your preferred class, but final allocation depends on availability.
Is there a fee for changing my schedule?
There is no fee charged for any such requests.
What happens if my request is rejected?
Your original booking will remain unchanged, and your credit (if applicable) will not be affected.
How will I be notified of the outcome?
We will contact you via your selected method (WhatsApp / email)
Can I request multiple changes?
Yes, but each request will be reviewed separately.
